Frontiers of Faith

This group is for people with an interest in contemporary biblical scholarship or who are unsatisfied by traditional answers to their theological questions.If offers a confidential environment in which people can share their interest and concerns. They meet on a Wednesday (dates variable).

PLWL

We are "Praying Ladies who Lunch". We do more lunching, laughing and talking but we do have a prayer for each other before going home. We meet on the third Friday of each month at different members homes.

Woman and Words

A women's group that meets on the second Monday of each month. Bring a book (books) you have read and share that experience with others.

The Caring Group

The Caring Group meets in the afternoon on the second Thursday of every month. We create soft toys for the children of prisoners.

Open House

This group is held on the last Thursday of each month. All retired people can come to the hall for morning tea and entertainment. There's also a bus outing each year. A great place for a chat and to make friends.  To view a brochure of Open House events for 2011 click here.

Life Groups

These are study groups who meet regularly to support, encourage and challenge each other on the Jesus' way.  One group meets weekly on a Tuesday morning and another two meet monthly in the evening.  Please contact Leanne Ph 976 3331 for more information.

Kings Table Foodbank

We operate a foodbank in partnership with St Luke's Anglican Church. If you would like to receive a food parcel please contact the office ph: 472 6406, between 8:30 and 10:30 Monday to Friday. Home delivery is possible.
